The Free Skype Is Giving Out Another Free
Is This The Beginning Of The End?
Just as I opened my mailbox, I spotted directly the subject that says: “A Little Gift From Skype”.
How cool was that. The long been free communication tool is giving out a gift? So I clicked and indeed, they’re sending out this gift to all of their users/subscribers.
75 minutes free call to any landline or mobile worldwide using your Skype is just great. I am actually a “Skype to Skype” user only and I haven’t spent even a dime on their Skype to landline or mobile services ever since. But I just can’t decipher as to what really this move means. Is this simply just a marketing to boost the said services or is this a farewell gift or a sort of introductory step to end its free service that we have been enjoying? Just sayin though hoping it is not and that it’s just a gift. 😉
The promo ends or the validity of this gift expires on June 30, 2012 so I still have time to think on whom and when to use it.
Seldom a company so munificent as Skype. A big help to us expats and to those who are far from their loved ones. Thank you once again Skype. Woot woot!
