Sumptuous Iranian Cuisine

The first time we have tried Danial Restaurant was during a June wedding of a Filipino friend who was the bride of an Egyptian groom. It was last month actually. The reception was held in this roomy and spacious resto which is strategically located in Deira Twin Towers (Rolex Towers), Creek Side, Dubai.

The food was great! An Iranian with International cuisine at a reasonable price.  A buffet style restaurant that is always frequented by not just loyal Persians and Emirati locals but by different guests of different nationalities.

After that wedding, I suggested to our group that our first alumni association gathering of our dear alma mater Silliman University will be held at Danial. But this time, we chose the one in Mazaya Center Branch, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Lined-up steamy hot foods ready to be devoured

The forty of us alumni members enjoyed the food.

Personally, I can’t forget that soft and tender scrumptious boiled lamb. The chicken kebabs were so yummy and so are the different choices of sea food.

Their salads and desserts are so plentiful for you to choose from but my son was like addicted to that red jello (gelatin) alone.

After having main course, jello of course :)

So for this Iftar, to celebrate with our Muslim brothers as they break their fast, I would suggest to visit and try Danial restaurant. By the way, I forgot to mention that they also have a branch which is the third one at Crystal Plaza in Sharjah.

Arabic 101, the facade reads Danial Restaurant. LOL! (L-R: Housemate Malou, Son Yuri and Wife Celeste)
