Tuna Fritter
Quick & Easy Meal
If you are a college student or a regular employee who doesn’t have much time to be wasted especially in preparing a delicious meal, then this simple recipe is right for you.
Solid pack or flake tuna can be bought from any grocery store you have in your area. If you feel hungry right now while reading this, why not grab 2 cans from your stocked tunas in your kitchen cupboard and follow this simple steps for you to have a crispilicious Tuna Fritter for your breakfast, lunch, dinner or for your afternoon snacks. 🙂
Ingredients:
2 cans solid pack/flake tuna
1 egg
spring onions
garlic
cooking flour
salt
pepper
cooking oil
Steps:
a. Pre-heat the pan and put little amount of cooking oil
b. Beat the egg as fast as you can
c. Put salt (to taste)
d. Add the tuna, chopped spring onions and garlic, desired amount of cooking flour and pepper
e. Mix it well
f. Take one spoonful of the mixed tuna, put it on the heated pan and let it fry until golden brown
g. Flip over the fried tuna and let the other side be fried till golden brown
h. Fry all remaining mixed tuna, when finished, eat it while still hot

Only that simple. Tuna fritters are best eaten with plain newly cooked jasmine rice or bread (hot pandesal to be exact). Spiced vinegar (sukang pinakurat) will do as a sauce or ketchup.
So when you are in hurry, tuna fritter is best for you.
