Is Burj Khalifa In Dubai Under Renovation?

I was like what?!#@% when I saw this! Burj Khalifa is under renovation? Since when? LOL!
I took the photo October of last year, 2013 when the temperature was playing between 35 to 45 degrees Celsius. Fortunately I had my DSLR with me and my tripod. Though I didn’t get the best composition of my photo because I can’t handle the heat and humidity that time, still I got what I really wanted to achieve. To capture it’s view with this one.
The Burj Khalifa appears to be like it’s under renovation or reconstruction. 🙂
