Merlin Karaoke Station – It is like the actual karaoke machine with its echoing sound and its Advanced Vocal Enhancement feature, as how Merlin puts it. I never really thought of hearing such good quality of sound it produces. Any smartphones and tablets can be docked in.
It is super lightweight and portable. Easy to use and operate. A plug-n-play thing. Just plug the power adaptor to the power source from the port at the back of the device (although you can use 3 double A batteries, ideal for outdoor usage), connect both microphones and begin singing your hearts out! On the top portion of the main console are the power and the volume buttons. Each of the microphones has a separate volume controls and functions to enhance vocal effects.
For your songs, you may download any karaoke apps from App Store or Google Play. But you can have a good number of karaoke videos on YouTube as well.
My kids love it. But I got to say, I love it even more that I ended up having a one-on-one session with it. In the following video, you’ll hear how it delivers, with me singing some of my favorite tunes.

It has limitations but are worth not noting for. But to be honest, I don’t like how the microphones look like. Hopefully they can create a better microphones on the next version of this. Good thing though, it picks up your voice well.
