Perfect Haven For Dubai’s Workforce And The Like
Some say, “city’s progress goes hand in hand with the rise of crime”. But some say the opposite and argue that there is no relationship between economic growth and crime.
Wait, why am I saying all this and what this has got to do with Dreamworks Spa?!
Dubai and the UAE as a whole continues to accelerate its economic growth. And behind its growth, for one, is its workforce; like the hardworking locals, expats like you, yes you, and myself. We are all here working our ass*s off to contribute and to be part of that progress.
Sitting in the office’s swivel chair 9 hours a day, 5 days a week in whatever field or industry we are in, could stress us out or worse, could lead to burnout.
With that, I’d say, in every economic growth or in any city’s progress, comes the needed rise of the wellness industry like spas in particular. This helps keep the workforce stay in shape and healthy.
Long stretched beaches, gigantic parks among others are scattered everywhere for everyone to relax and enjoy every after office hours. But one could never feel that relaxed until you get that needed massage.
Spas are everywhere and continue to sprout like mushrooms, but you’ve got to learn how to find the best ones. My wife and I, did just that. Right after work one Thursday, we went straight to Damac Maison Cour Jardin at Business Bay.
Located on the first floor of the hotel, with a roomy gym, jacuzzis, sauna, and is complemented with the building’s patio and outdoor pools. The place is so calm and quiet. Upon entering, you can already feel the forthcoming revitalized new you.
The Rituals Begin
After that refreshing and cold tonic drink, straight to the massage beds. As their options, my wife had the medium pressure while I had requested for the hard one and then we gave our trusts to the professional masseuse assigned to us.
The Traditional Balinese Massage was on point, hitting right every single stiff muscle with the combination of reflexology, acupressure and aromatherapy, from head to toe. “Just what I really needed” said my wife.
The 60-minute session was just about enough to get rid of all those muscle pains, stiffness, and stress. You can always go for the 90 or the 120-minute session, as per your requirement though.
Aside from the Traditional Balinese Massage, Dreamworks Spa has other services being offered as well. Royal Thai Massage, Warm Stone Massage and all other body treatments in different reasonable rates, which you can check from their website.
We really enjoyed our time there and got ourselves rejuvenated. My wife and I are now looking forward to going back there soon. Would I recommend the place to my friends? With their friendly, professional staff, superb service, awesome ambience, there’s no reason why I wouldn’t.
